As part of this upgrade, all tenants should have received access to a new online Tenant Portal, where they can submit rental payments, view their lease, and communicate directly with our team. In the meantime, you can continue to use our current payment platform (ConvergePay) to submit your rental payments. Please note that ConvergePay will remain active until September 15, 2025. After that date, all payments must be made through the new AppFolio Tenant Portal.
