Important Update: New Portal Live

As of April 22, 2025, we have transitioned to a new property management system—AppFolio. As part of this upgrade, all tenants should have received access to a new online Tenant Portal, where they can submit rental payments, view their lease, and communicate directly with our team. In the meantime, you can continue to use our current payment platform (ConvergePay) to submit your rental payments. Please note that ConvergePay will remain active until May 30, 2025. After that date, all payments must be made through the new AppFolio Tenant Portal.

  • I haven’t received my AppFolio invite yet — is something wrong?
    Not at all! Invitations to join our new AppFolio tenant portal are being sent out gradually between April 22nd and April 30th as part of our system migration. We’re currently syncing data and updating account details to ensure a smooth transition. If you haven’t received your invite by the end of April, or if you think we may have outdated contact info on file, feel free to visit this link now to update your tenant details.
  • How will I be able to make payments moving forward?
    Starting April 22, 2025, you’ll receive an invitation to create your new AppFolio Tenant Portal. All rental payments must be made through the new portal beginning May 31, 2025. Until then, you can continue using ConvergePay. Learn more about the Appfolio Tenant Portal
  • What if my email or phone number has changed since I moved in?
    If you're an active tenant and have not received any emails or text messages from us about the new AppFolio portal, this may mean your contact information is out of date.   • Can I set up auto-pay?
    Yes! Once your AppFolio portal is activated, you’ll have the option to set up recurring payments so you never miss a rent due date. Learn more about the Appfolio Tenant Portal
  • Can I still submit maintenance requests online?
    Absolutely! Maintenance requests will also be submitted through the new AppFolio portal. It's designed to make communication faster and more streamlined. Learn more about the Appfolio Tenant Portal
  • What happens if I try to pay through ConvergePay after May 30?
    ConvergePay will no longer be active after May 30, 2025. All payments must be submitted through AppFolio starting June 1. Payments sent through ConvergePay after that date will not be processed. Learn more about the Appfolio Tenant Portal
