Beginning April 22, 2025, we will be transitioning to a new property management system—AppFolio. As part of this upgrade, all tenants will receive access to a new online Tenant Portal, where you will be able to submit rental payments, view your lease, and communicate directly with our team. In the meantime, you can continue to use our current payment platform (ConvergePay) to submit your rental payments. Please note that ConvergePay will remain active until May 30, 2025. After that date, all payments must be made through the new AppFolio Tenant Portal.
